Ms. Chen has served as the Vice President of Xi’an App-Chem Bio (Tech) Co., Ltd. since 2006. She obtained a bachelor’s degree after her study at Xi’an International Studies University from 2000 to 2004, and a master’s degree of Business Administration after her study at Shaanxi Master of Business Administration Institute from 2016 to 2018.
